HOW TO COOK THE PERFECT ROAST CHICKEN
A quick and easy recipe that will be a hit with your friends and family!
Remove the chicken from the fridge 30 mins before cooking, letting it to come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 240 Celsius degrees. Brush both sides of chicken with oil. Season chicken all over with salt, pepper and herbs. Place, breastside up, onto rack in roasting pan. Roast for 1 hour or until juices run clear when chicken thigh is pierced with a skewer. Serve with delicious hot veggies and a mouth watering gravy on the side.
